The 29-year-old beauty bested 24 other candidates to win the coveted title, succeeding Fuschia Anne Ravena, the reigning Miss International queen who won the international pageant in June 2022.

The coronation night saw some stiff competition, with Michelle Bermudez coming in as the first runner-up, followed by Barbie Alawi as the second runner-up, Anne Patricia Lorenzo as the third runner-up, and Tamira Willis as the fourth runner-up.

Pacheco will now represent the Philippines in the Miss International Queen pageant, hoping to win a back-to-back crown for the country. The Philippines has already won the title three times through Kevin Balot in 2012, Trixie Maristela in 2015, and Ravena in 2022.

The Miss International Queen pageant is known to be the world’s biggest beauty pageant for transgender women, attracting contestants from all over the world. The competition provides a platform for transgender women to showcase their talents, beauty, and intelligence and promotes the empowerment and acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community.

Pacheco, who rose to fame for her stint in It’s Showtime’s “Miss Q&A” pageant, has become an inspiration for many in the LGBTQ+ community. With her latest win, she hopes to encourage others to embrace their uniqueness and be proud of who they are.

The Philippines has a thriving LGBTQ+ community, and Pacheco’s victory serves as a reminder that beauty comes in all forms and sizes. As the country’s representative in the international competition, Pacheco will surely make the Philippines proud, and we can’t wait to see her shine on the global stage.

With her win, Pacheco joins the ranks of other prominent transgender beauty queens from the Philippines who have made waves in the international beauty pageant scene.

The Miss International Queen pageant has been running for over a decade and has helped raise awareness about the LGBTQ+ community, advocating for greater acceptance and inclusivity.

Pacheco’s triumph serves as a reminder of the significant strides that the LGBTQ+ community has made in recent years towards equality and acceptance. However, despite these advances, there are still many challenges that need to be addressed, including discrimination and violence against members of the community.

As a role model and spokesperson for the LGBTQ+ community, Pacheco has been vocal about her advocacy for equal rights and greater visibility for transgender people. Her win in the Miss International Queen Philippines 2023 pageant is a significant milestone in this journey towards greater acceptance and understanding.

The world is changing, and Pacheco’s win is proof that progress is being made. It is hoped that her success will inspire others to follow in her footsteps, breaking down barriers and challenging stereotypes about beauty and gender.
