The early access beta for Diablo 4 began on Friday, March 18, and will run until Monday, March 20. The beta is only available to players who have received a beta code, which can be obtained by pre-ordering a copy of Diablo 4 or by purchasing a Double Down from KFC.
During the early access beta, players can max their characters up to level 25 and explore the game's prologue and Act 1, which takes place in the Fractured Peaks zone. The beta is playable on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X and S.
Open Beta Details
For players who don't have early access beta codes, an open beta will be available from March 24 to March 27. The open beta will provide access to the two additional classes, the Druid and Necromancer, that were previously unavailable. Players can carry over their progress from the early access beta to the open beta, but no progress from either beta will transfer to the final game.

Diablo 4 is the latest entry in the popular dungeon-crawling action RPG series. The game features a storyline in which players must fight against the forces of Lilith, the daughter of Mephisto and the "mother" of Sanctuary, the world in which the Diablo series takes place. The Diablo 4 beta offers a chance for players to explore some of the game's features before its official release in June. With both early access and open access options available, players can get a head start on leveling up their characters and preparing for the full game.
