Filipina actress and singer Maris Racal confirmed that she’s in a serious relationship with rock artist Rico Blanco.
“Kami po ni Rico, I think based sa post na ginawa ko po, I think it is very obvious. Right now, we’re very excited and busy [too]. We’re preparing beautiful music together. Abangan po nila iyon, soon,” Racal said in an interview with the press.
Netizens got intrigued when the 23-year-old actress greeted Rico Blanco who turned 48 on his birthday months ago. It was then when rumors spread involving the two and made headlines last March.
Maris is set to star in the upcoming Father’s Day special episodes of “Maalaala Mo Kaya” on June 12 and 19, which is based on real letters sent by viewers. Maalaala Mo Kaya is a longest-running Filipino drama anthology that has been on the air since 1991. The show is being broadcasted on ABS-CBN every weekday, and airs internationally through The Filipino Channel (TFC).
Rico and Maris first worked together on the song titled “Abot Langit,” which was released in 2019.
