Dallas rapper Lil Loaded died at the age of 20 on Monday, May 31, 2021. Details about Lil Loaded’s passing were not yet released as the incident is currently being investigated by authorities.

Lil Loaded, whose real name was Dashawn Robertson, is best known for his song “6locc 6a6y” which peaked on Billboard’s Hot Hiphop Songs and R&B/Hip hop charts.

Prior to the rapper’s death, he posted a message on his Instagram story that goes, “Dear most high, please forgive me for my shortcomings and all of the times I’ve fell short of making you proud and being appreciative of the blessings that have been put in my life.”

In October 2020, Robertson was arrested on manslaughter case. He was the prime suspect for shooting his best friend Khalil Walker.

Robertson will always be remembered for his talents and determination in pursuing his music career.

“He had a bright future ahead of him, no one would’ve guessed the end would come this soon,” said Ashkan Mehryari, Robertson’s attorney.

Lil Loaded rose to fame after he signed a contract with Epic Records and released his hit track titled “6locc 6a6y.” The music video of his song went viral on YouTube in 2019 which garnered over 29 million view. “6locc 6a6y” was recently certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
